National CPRE has commissioned the Hedgerow management survey in partnership with Farmers Weekly. The results will be published in a forthcoming issue of Farmers Weekly Magazine.

We’d really appreciate if you could ask your Dorset farming contacts to complete the hedgerow management survey, so we can get as many responses as possible. The survey will run for three to four weeks and is being launched now to give farmers time to respond ahead of the harvest.

Dorset NFU will share a link to the hedgerow survey in their newsletter.

CPRE will analyse the data and compile case studies ahead of a parliamentary launch of the results later in the year. It’s going to be a really valuable source of evidence for our campaign, calling for 40% more hedgerows by 2050.
