Richard Nicholls joined CPRE 20 years ago, and as it has always been, planning matters invariably pose problems. However, today planning issues are even more difficult to resolve given it is increasingly difficult not only to contact West Dorset Planning Officers, but in that we are faced with radical changes in Local Government organisation.
